7 Works, but has a 10% cumulative chance when ordered to shutdown, logic conflicts
8 Reverts to a non-functioning previous programming, worker droid maybe
9 Malfunction…. Droid reverts Police Mode. Tries to arrest everyone, swings metal rod
10 The droid emits a Noxious Smoke that acts like a sleep gas, busted coolant lines
11 Malfunction…. Droid reverts to ServoDroid, tries to seat and serve everyone dinner
12 Droid works but interior systems are no longer sealed, no harsh elements
13 Functions fine but a short immediately blows out one of its optic lenses
14 Droid has a problem controlling its saw/snapper for D6 rounds
15 Malfunction…. Droid believes its new program is Boxing/Karate. Non lethal only
16 Droid turns on but then drops a bunch of internal parts out of its bottom
17 Droid functions but sprays a leprous yellow-gray fluid when it walks
18 Droid functions but becomes very easily confused, logic circuits are damaged
19 Droid now likes to argue about its orders, thinking its way is better, permanent
